Fill out Enlight Christian School Enrolment Form

Documents required for application are listed below. Upon review of the applicant’s documents and seat availability. Literacy and Numeracy assessment can be conducted online or on campus. Students will need to attend an enrolment interview before a decision is made.

Please prepare the following documents required for enrolment:

• Copy of birth certificate
• 2 passport-size photographs of the student
• Copy of school reports or school transcripts for the previous two years
• Colored copy of KITAS (for non-Indonesian passport holders)
• Colored copy of students KTP
• Copy of Family Card
• Immunization records of the student
• Colored copies of passports of students and parents (cover page, photo page, vital information page, expiration date and current visa page) Copy of KTP of parents if they do not have a passport.

Pay the school School Fees showen here. An invoice can only be issued after completion of the Online Application Form. School Fees are payable by transfer or credit card at the School Cashier and must be settled prior to commencement. All documents can be emailed to info@enlightschool.com or photocopied and brought to the school.
